Arianny Weaving Workshop participates in Community Wireless Networks for Latin America and the Caribbean - TRICALCAR

Our infomediadora Arianny Terrero received a scholarship with which he participated in the workshop Weaving Community Wireless Networks for Latin America and the Caribbean - TRICALCAR - held in the town of Tlayacapan, Morelos, Mexico, from 7 to April 13 this year.

TRICALCAR is a project of capacity-building and applied research on community wireless networks in Latin America and the Caribbean, through which it is intended that the application of these skills will serve to expand connectivity to rural communities and urban fringe that have not been able to even exploit the benefits of ICTs.

Arianny that we worked hard together with peers of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and Puerto Rico. The workshop in Mexico was host to LaNeta. The group was composed of instructors and Ermanno Petrosemoli Javier Trevino of EsLaRed in Venezuela, Adolfo Dunayevich LaNeta of Mexico, Javier Pacheco of crying in Colombia, Lilian Chamorro Colnodo also of Colombia, Liang Tan IICD in Holland and Eduardo Rodríguez and Santiago Nodo TAU Coast.
