Participatory Municipal Planning and use of the Maps

On Sunday, September 22, 2007, as the climax of the "putting the swamp on the Map" was held under the facilitation of Mr. Domingo Matias, an expert in municipal issues, the workshop "Participatory Municipal Planning and the use of Maps" with the objective awareness of / participants in the Municipal Planning concepts and processes for their operation and applications of GIS planning tool. The workshop was held at the City Library of La Cienega and was attended by 33 people representing various community organizations, aldermen, treasurer and employees of the City Council, representatives of FEDOMU, and Program of Transparency and Citizen Action.
The same was facilitated by Mr. Domingo Matias, an expert in municipal issues, as part of the collaboration of the Institute for Citizen Participation to the project "Putting the Swamp on the Map"
