Receive a warm greeting from the Managing Committee of the Cooperative COODECI group. I hereby invite you to our Constituent Assembly that secelebrará with the aim is to stop acting as our Cooperative Development of La Cienaga (COODECI). The same will be held on Monday, Sept. 1 at 2:00 pm in El Manantial, in the C / Duarte (near the beach), La Cienaga, prov. Barahona.
The agenda of the Constituent Assembly will be as follows:
1. Welcoming remarks
2. Report of the Committee Manager
3. Reading and approval of the statutes
4. Creation of election commission
5. Holding of Elections
6. Delivery of the Managing Committee
7. Swearing in of the new Board of Directors
8. Remarks by the representation of IDECOOP
9. Signing of the Constitutive Act
10. Closure
