Community Council selected beneficiaries / as their scholarships for basic computer courses

At its meeting on 5 July the Council select the community / beneficiaries as / as their scholarships (with the funds raised by the council) for basic computer courses (course 100% free which includes free hours of practice). Each member / to the board proposed three names (he said people in need: they could not pay a course), were placed in a plastic bag and brought out the names.
