The formation of COODECI (the Cooperative for the Development of Cienaga)

Forming a cooperative is not easy and it costs a lot of time and effort. We are working on the formation of a cooperative to improve and facilitate collaboration between the different organizations in the projects Transagro and Ecotourism.

During November and December 2007 we had met several times to develop not only a name and logo, but also with Mr. Guevara statutes. See the result of the logo fabulous low, which reflects the characteristics of La Cienaga, ie Loma, Sun and Sea.

Along with the help of IDECOOP (Institute for Development and Credit Cooperative) and the enthusiasm of the members of different organizations we hope to make this cooperative. Meanwhile we continue with the workshops planned in terms of both projects.
