Contest of Love Letters "Flower Soursop"

Aimed at: Young men and women between 14 and 25 years of the Municipality Cienaga which may compete in two categories:
Category 1: for young people with knowledge of computers.
Category 2: for young people without computer skills. For the contestants in this category will be given a free mini workshop on basic use of computers and e-mail and technical support staff. Awards: (letters winners will be posted on the internet)
The best letter in Category 1:
First Place:
-35 Hours of free computer use in Guanaba.net
-A book of poems
Second Place:
-20 Hours of free computer use in Guanaba.net
-A book of poems
The best letter in Category 2:
First Place:
-35 Hours of free computer use in Guanaba.net
-A scholarship for a course in computer Guanaba.net
Second Place:
-20 Hours of free computer use in Guanaba.net
-A scholarship for a course in computer Guanaba.net
Dates:
The letters must be typed at computer by participants and sent by e-mail not later than Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 7 pm at the address . Will not be assessed nor received letters sent after this date and time.
The awards will be announced on February 14 (Valentine's Day)
Selection criteria:
The contest will have a jury to evaluate the proposals according to the following criteria by category.
- Contents of the letter. (which said the letter)
- Wording of the letter. (as said)
- Creativity in the format of the letter (form of letters, decorations, use of photographs or drawings, etc.).
- Spelling.
- Sera appreciated the sense of poetry in the letters.
- Sera valued the use of content and phrases specific to the culture of the area.
1. The letters should be respectful, be disqualified letters containing content that violates decency.
2. The letters do not necessarily have to be directed at any particular person or the couple's love, may also be directed to the love of mother of God, love of friends, the people, the motherland, and so on. the sexes contestants reserve the right to dedicate.
3. The cards must be potty of the contestant, were disqualified to use the letters, poems or phrases from other authors, except for the culture of the area of the zone.
Procedure:
Contestants in Category 1:
Should reserve an hour with at least one day in advance to make the letter Guanaba.net before the closing date for tenders. The time for making the letter shall be free, if you go beyond that time will have to pay the difference.
The contestants in Category 2
Must enroll in the workshop no later than February 5 and attend the workshop to be scheduled after that date. In the same way after taking the workshop should reserve an hour with at least one day in advance to make the letter Guanaba.net before the closing date for tenders.
