Taigüey give Technical Assistance Community Ecotourism Network Enriquillo

The Araucaria Project , an initiative of the Spanish Cooperation (AECI) and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Dominican Rep, Taigüey Foundation hired for a six-month technical assistance, to support the establishment of the RED ENRIQUILLO community ecotourism as a regional platform consultation and coordination of the various ecotourism initiatives in the region.
The expected results are:
1. Community Ecotourism Network Enriquillo made
2. Internal tools and instruments developed
3. Strategic Plan developed five years
4 5/6 Project proposals developed
5. Community ecotourism products properly structured
6. Promotional material produced
7. Established network of contacts
The activities carried out by the Foundation are:
Result 1 Enriquillo Community Ecotourism Network incorporated
Activities
a) Preparation workshop agenda 7-8
b) Send in the net current draft constitution before workshop
c) Facilitate workshop Cachote RED (June 7-8), (we review the proposed bylaws, in plenary, and reviewed internal regulations)
d) Preparation of minutes / reports of meetings.
e) Completion and submission of documents to the online network for validation by the membership.
