RIFA Guanaba.Net Council organizes and raises funds for scholarships for youth and adults in the Cienega

The community council Gunaba.net adviser, of his own initiative, organized in April first fundraising activity, raffling off a cell phone and various cards. Such funds shall be allocated as scholarships for courses and hours of Internet use and computer. The committee also defined its own mechanism for selecting the / young people and adults / as needed / as in the community who will benefit from the scholarships. This activity, which is the first of many, shows the high degree to the telecentre project ownership by the community and commitment of the / as / members as the council. It also echoes the calls from President of INDOTEL, in the opening call to the community fully involved in economic and social sustainability of the telecentre.
