Hello, my name is Yesenia Saud, I am the new coordinator of projects and Ecotourism Transagro-Swamp Swamp. My academic background is in Clinical Psychology degree. I have training in Planning and Management of Ecotourism in Tropical and Sub Areas. Tropical Social Marketing Management, Rural Development and Tourism, Strategic Management of Community Development, Development and Implementation Workshop, among others.
My experience in recent years has focused on the area of "Community Development" conducted mobilization processes in rural communities.
As for my experience in positions at the end with the post of Project Coordinator, must say I have practice in developing strategies for community participation and likewise I have the ability to coordinate processes of identification and animation organized groups.
At the same time I am able to facilitate meetings and activities of the project team, working to promote meetings and training related institutions, create forums, strategic alliances, establish meetings to exchange experience, conduct participatory rural appraisals, training, support and monitor community workers and also to monitor the strategy of strengthening processes.
