Hello, my name is Yesenia Saud, I am the new coordinator of projects and Ecotourism Transagro-Marsh Swamp. My academic background is in Clinical Psychology degree. Story with training in Planning and Management of Ecotourism in Tropical and Sub Areas. Tropical Social Marketing Management, Rural Development and Tourism, Strategic Management of Community Development, Preparation and Implementation Workshop, among others.
My professional experience in recent years has been concentrated in the area of "Community Development" conducted mobilization processes in rural communities.
As for my experience in positions for the post of Project Coordinator, we must say that I have practice in the development of strategies for community participation and similarly count on the ability to coordinate processes of identification and animation groups organized.
At the same time I am able to facilitate meetings and activities of the project team, generate employment and training meetings with allied institutions, create forums, strategic alliances, establish meetings for the exchange of experience, conduct participatory rural appraisals, training, support and monitor community promoters and also to monitor the strategy of strengthening processes.
