Cookery Course for women community ecotourism project supported by Spanish Cooperation and Tourism

With the support of the Spanish Cooperation Agency and Sec of Tourism, the foundation Taigüey in the framework of the implementation of the ecotourism project with the support of the Fund for the Development of the French Embassy and the collaboration of the Institute of Technical Training Caribbean (IFTC - AECI) He has given the "Cooking Course Rural" to a group of 25 women for the purpose of rescuing the past and present culinary traditions of a craft offering visitors a varied service quality and hygiene a healthy menu.
