Activity: Meeting for the election committee's manager of the PECA

Objective: Choosing the steering committee of the PECA

Duration: 2 hours and a half
Development:
1. Welcome to participants
2. Lic. Alfonso Guevara explained the role of the manager, the steps to follow once elected and the commitment they assumed a person to be elected from the Committee.
3. It was agreed with the present methodology for electing members of the Managing Committee and agreed that these should be proposing candidates and elect them by show of hands.
4. We proceeded to the election in the manner agreed and the results were as follows:
- Among the assembly were proposed and of these 10 candidates should be chosen 5: President, Treasury @ @ Secretary, Prime vocal, Vocal seconds.
- 17 people were eligible to vote and therefore 9 votes equals the majority. The results were as follows.

5. After the voting ended, the participants claimed not conform to the process because they felt that not everyone had the same chance of being elected, since the names mentioned for the first could take advantage of the latest.
- Was submitted to the assembly the possibility of a new vote on another methodology and approved the proposal made by Lic. Alfonso Guevara, who was to list the candidates from the 1-10, distributing pieces of paper to the assembly and could vote for the candidate of their choice just write the number of the candidate.

After the completion of the process and made known to the elected Managing Committee, Mr. Pastor, who was elected as the 2nd. Vocal, claimed that once in a while could not attend committee meetings. For that reason, the assembly decided to elect as deputy Fefa Shepherd, as the following in order of votes for members.
6. Then Lic. Alfonso Guevara swore to members of the Managing Committee.
