The project starts with a survey to
identify and map the Caribbean Telecenters initiatives and key
actors. Through a questionnaire it will also collect basic information
on the challenges, issues and lessons from the existing initiatives.
That information will be analysed and systematized. This survey
will also be the key tool to identify participants and complete
                the draft agenda Then
workshop participants, and some other key actors, will the be invited
to develop a short online discussion to comment and complete the
findings of the survey, and to validate the content and issues to
            be discussed at the workshop.

that are introduced by plenary presentations (as dynamic as possible,
              multimedia).
          ·        Each
day will have its own objectives:
          §         Day
1: Identifying common needs and priorities of the Caribbean Community

current and projected support to telecentres initiatives.

             This
workshop is viewed as a starting point for the articulation and
exchange of the Telecentres initiatives in the Region in
order to better sustain and support their work and impacts in
                  the communities,
